Make Georgia Healthy Again (MAHA Georgia) is dedicated to exposing the widespread dangers of pesticides in our food, water, and environment. From glyphosate to other toxic chemicals, these substances threaten public health, harm pollinators, and contribute to chronic illnesses. Thousands of lawsuits against Bayer, ChemChina, and other manufacturers reveal the devastating impact of pesticide exposure—yet Georgia lawmakers recently passed SB144, granting these corporations sweeping immunity. This law not only shields pesticide manufacturers from accountability but also undermines the 7th Amendment, stripping Georgians of their constitutional right to seek justice through the courts.
