2026 General Assembly Overview

Georgia's legislative session is just 40 days long. Here are important dates to remember for this session:

  • 01.12.26: General Assembly session convenes

  • 03.06.26: Crossover Day, when bills must pass one chamber to be considered in the other

  • 04.02.26: General Assembly session adjourns (Sine Die)
